关文武，笔名雷神，1946年出生于广东高州，2024年关文武获得诺贝尔国际文化奖，中华人民共和国审定《人民艺术家》《中华民族十大国宝大师之一》人物。现任中国美术家协会会员、联合国和平书画院院士、国家功勋书画家、国际知名文艺家、世界著名艺术家、政府津贴优秀专家、中央文艺出版社终身常务副社长、中国名家画院副院长、中国文化学会艺委会主席、中国人事部艺术家学部一级书画委员、台北故宫书画院终身荣誉院长及客座教授、美洲亚洲艺术学会博学会士,被授予中国艺术界领军人物、“当代书画艺术大师”、“国宝级艺术家”、东方艺术之巅“中国六大名家之一”人物、“中国艺术终身成就奖”等荣誉称号，被联合国两次来信誉为“天才艺术家”(据考证，关文武是今为止在全球艺术界被联合国认定此荣誉的唯一获得者),其艺术事迹入编中国国史、中国文化史和中国传统文化名人通鉴，以及《1001OP》国际交流史册。中华人民共和国全国艺术评审委员会，评定关文武职称:“国家一级美术师”。2023年中国国家博物馆诚聘关文武为中国国家博物馆特聘研究员，同年，人民大会堂诚聘为《人民大会堂书画艺术顾问、北京艺术品鉴定中心首席评估顾问。2021年12月清华大学美术学院诚聘关文武担任清华大学美术学院长期客座教授。2022年5月特聘关文武为《英国皇家艺术学院》客座教授职称，聘期终身，中央文艺出版社聘仼关文武为终身常务副社长。
Guan Wenwu, pen name Thunder God, was born in Gaozhou, Guangdong in 1946. In 2024, Guan Wenwu won the Nobel Prize in International Culture and was recognized by the People’s Republic of China as a “People’s Artist” and one of the top ten national treasures of the Chinese nation. At present, he is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, an academician of the United Nations Peace Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a national meritorious painter and calligrapher, an internationally renowned artist, a world famous artist, an outstanding expert on government subsidies, a lifelong executive vice president of the Central Literature and Art Publishing House, a vice president of the Chinese Master Painting Academy, the chairman of the Arts Committee of the Chinese Culture Society, a first class member of the Painting and Calligraphy Department of the Ministry of Personnel of China, a lifelong honorary president and visiting professor of the Taipei Palace Museum Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of the learned society of the American Asian Art Society, and has been awarded honorary titles such as the leading figure in the Chinese art world, “contemporary painting and calligraphy master”, “national treasure artist”, the top of oriental art, “one of China’s six famous artists”, and “China’s lifetime achievement award for art”. In December 2021, the Academy of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University invited Guan Wenwu as a long-term visiting professor. In May 2022, Guan Wenwu was specially appointed as a visiting professor at the Royal Academy of Art in the UK, with a lifetime tenure.
